Jollos Energy Chews - Box (15x52g)

Suitable as a source of quick energy for any sport.

• Each bar has four pieces, and each piece contains 10 g of carbohydrates. Two pieces therefore equal one traditional energy gel, and the whole pack equals two gels.
• During endurance exercise, eat two pieces every 20 minutes.
• For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
• For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40–60 g carbohydrates per hour – towards 40 g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90 g for higher intensity sessions.
• The pack is easy to open on the move: just fold it open in the middle along the dotted line.
