Start the year fresh with the tart berry notes of blackcurrant and the bright zest of orange. Warning: may cause sudden bursts of motivation, enthusiastic goal-setting, and a strong feeling that this is your year.

How & When

Suitable for all sports
Recommended intake: 2 chews every 20 minutes
For sessions lasting more than 90 minutes it's important to start re-fuelling from the start. Eat little & often & keep hydrated.
For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 40g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90g for higher intensity sessions.
