For moderate intensity exercise you should aim to consume 40g-60g carbohydrates per hour - towards 40g for low intensity exercise & increasing to 90g for higher intensity sessions.

Our beloved energy chews just got upgraded! Jollos energy chews are basically the same deliciously soft melt-in-the-mouth chews as our ”Vauhtikarkki” chews are. Only the shape and packaging have changed. Plus we added a bit more re-balancing electrolytes to the mix.
